1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.
• The product packaging is tampered with or opened before delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used food products.
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
• Products returned without their original packaging.
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we may provide:

• A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
• A refund if a replacement is unavailable.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is verified and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another approved payment method.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Product photos
• Packaging photos
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
